Delete a saved credit card

Note

Note: At this time, you can only delete a saved credit card, not update it. In order to add another credit card to your account, simply use that additional card when buying your next tickets on Eventbrite.

To delete a credit card, go here.

(You can also log in to your Eventbrite account, click on your email address in the upper right, select Account, then click on Credit Cards).

Then click Delete next to the credit card that you wish to remove.

You'll receive a message asking to confirm. Click OK to delete the card.

That's it! You've successfully removed the credit card that was saved in your Eventbrite account.

 

Tip: This handy feature is designed to make it even easier for logged in users to purchase tickets for events on Eventbrite. If you are not logged in to your account, the option to Save billing and payment info for easy ordering will not display in the Credit Card section when registering for your event.

If you'd like to keep Eventbrite from saving your credit card information, you'll want to make sure to uncheck the box that reads Save billing and payment info for easy ordering when you're registering for an event.
